I think someone here posted it in a comment ages ago, it was a short story parodying ‘Atlas Shrugged’, where Dagny Taggart launches the new rail line, and the whole thing explodes because it turns out that she is actually a terrible engineer who never listens to anyone and just unquestionably does whatever she thinks is right. Anyone remember it?
