I probably would agree with you, but that’s maybe because of my exposure to academic philosophy and think it is seriously overrated as an engine of original thinking.
LOL coindesk have lots of reasons to try to separate themselves from
EA and EA lots of reasons to separate from SBF and make him look like an
isolated villain instead of a whole field of crooks. It’s almost like
they make some statement for their desk drawer to be able to pull out
later when things go awry and say “see we knew this was wrong all the
time”?. For being altruists, and effective ones at that, there sure is a
lot of self interest going on here.
