I think it's more likely that said truckers could successfully learn how to code alright if you force them to in order to feed their families. It's just that doing so is ridiculously inhumane
I mean.. Was he really addressing inequality in general, or just referring to the HuffPo harassment situation?
And even assuming former, do you really need to call out neoliberalism to claim "more requested jobs brings you in more money" (and implicit: wealth is the biggest marginalizing factor)?
It wouldn't *even* be wrong if "teaching" somehow entailed "putting said people in such position not to resent choosing this path".

Of course learning a high status skill will increase your life chances. That's not in dispute. I was talking about all of these coding camps for unprivileged kids and billionaires choosing to spend money on that as a charity. That's neoliberal ideology. But you're probably right that he's referring to Huffpo, I didn't think of that
I'm not sure why you need "ideology" to make such camps. Praising them like not even god miracled you maybe. But even then, I'm not sure why complaining about neoliberalism, when ancap-ism would be already more suited.
