Yes, this is clearly a parody/troll, it is just like the Titania McGrath(*) twitter account, but for sneer clubbers.
*: that is a fake account pretending to be a radical intersectionalist feminist, which tends to only convince rightwingers that the left is crazy, so basically a psyops.
I unfortunately didn't make a screenshot but I got the exact same comment wildly praising the author first from /u/thinkateria - the whole account was deleted right after - and then from this guy https://www.reddit.com/user/disneylanddiplomat who also deleted their comment.
That leads me to believe that yeah, you're right, it's an elaborate troll or parody by the latter guy.
The first one was a bit heavy-handed in how bad it was but still somewhat-believable, this one is clearly a troll post.
Not even the most annoying teenage free-thinker would state something like this:

Snarkhouses seem intent instead on salting the earth until there is
nothing outside of the tower, but without the dissenting substrate no
organism can grow. And without growth, the tower falls.
