I propose a way to select "an" elite not "the" elite. There are many different types of elites (left-wing, right-wing, business, cultural, academic) so this elite would just be a subset of a society's broader elite.
I don't propose abolishing any organisation or institution in the entire online book (aside from shadow banks), so universities, political parties, and international institutions would continue to generate their own elites.
Finally, it would just take such a long time for my system to generate any complement elite that current elites will have long left the scene, so it's not possible to even envision replacing them. For example, the stages take place over the ages of 15 to 30.
Given that my influence is currently zero (e.g. 130 Twitter followers, unknown in any community, absent on most social media) let's say it takes 20 years for me to have enough influence to actually start this system at whatever scale. That means those trained through my system would just be entering the workforce in about 50 years, when those currently in university would probably be at the point of retiring.
