Ah yes, the linear model. Good enough to justify funneling millions of dollars to MIRI, and good enough for objectively quantifying viability of partners.

And you may tell yourself, “This is not my beautiful statistical outlier”
Its really weird to me that Aella is a real person tbh
This seems like such a miserable way to live your life and to try to find a partner. What are they even basing these percentages on?
Imagine not just dating 37% of your total estimated lifetime dating pool and then marrying the next partner that is better than all your previous partners. could not be me lmao 😆
Bit weird, but hope it works out for them both.
If the potential partner is OK with her posting weird shit like this about their relationship on Twitter, I’d say they’re at least a 60% match.
Why not use a prediction market instead?
“Congratulations! Yours is the first relationship to get a negative score on the Pritchard scale.”
Being with someone based on how well they fit your strict set of criteria is kind of the opposite of love…

Meh this seems okay to me, just a bit eccentric. The numbers are clearly mostly nonsense, but maybe I can see how they help someone think through an emotional issue. It’s not so far from people who make pros/cons lists in relationships.
