As you wish. But let me remind you, Israel has fought - how many wars to survive?, and is with overwhelming likelihood a nuclear weapons state. If a country (or a regime, or political order, if one prefers) is willing to kill thousands, and threaten to kill hundreds of thousands, in order to preserve itself, then running brothels to ensnare politicians and scientists will not exactly be unthinkable. You don't even have to kill anyone.

Short form: there are a number of alleged offenses which do not hinge on the age of the victim. I'm not expressing an opinion on guilt with regard to specific offenses, but I think if you believe that Giuffre was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew, all of them are well within the realm of possibility. If you don't think she was physically forced, there are still some that seem possible.
