I don’t know much about Godwin beyond the law he’s famous for but
this definitely sounds targeted at rats and maybe scott in particular.

I think he is just talking about the anti woke people in general here and the bayes reference is just because he is a nerd. Him being one of the og EFF people.

Anyway, the law Godwin is famous for is framed in terms of probability so I wouldn't be surprised if he tried a similar thing here for the same sort of effect, not as a dig at rationalists (after all, Bayesian probability isn't an exclusively rationalist thing).
Also, isn't "woke" now pretty much considered an insult and nothing else? Like down there with "snowflake" and "SJW"? I have not heard anyone refer to themselves or their movement as woke in at least a year and have recently only heard it in derogatory phrases like "woke capitalism". So yeah Godwin is correct here if not just because these words are tired and lame.
