Re: that last pic… she could look into asking a rescue to sponsor the kitties and she stays the foster until they are adopted. That way vaccines, medical needs, and potentially help with food would be covered. She wouldn’t have to give up Dusty Rose for adoption if she didn’t want to. Dusty would be her “foster-to-adopt” bebe.
