As part of the settlement, Alba is required to adopt a comprehensive anti-harassment policy and training, pay $1.4 million in restitution to approximately 675 employees injured between 2016 and 2024, and submit to three years of oversight by the attorney general's office.
I somehow doubt that. Construction/demolition companies have been doing those three things as long as they’ve existed.
This round just cost them a bit of their profits.
