The least plausible thing about this is that Putin has been able to keep his mouth shut about it.
Putin was literally a KGB spy before he went into politics, he knows how to keep a secret or two. He’s an awful human being but he’s not a complete idiot, that’s OUR dictator’s job
Putin can talk to Trump about it when Trump gets a little too out of line.
Like that time they met with no translators, or the other time when Trump literally ate the notes from the meeting.
Not joining in with the actual reality here, because i struggle telling jokes and plants from truth, so whatever, but :
If you release your blackmail material, you no longer have any control over the person youre blackmailing.
Putin is a master blackmailer, from all accounts. There’s even a specific word in Russian for it, “kompromat”.
I’m pretty sure he knows how to keep a secret, especially when he’s able to use that secret to destroy US democracy.
Why? Trump has been enabling Putin as long as he’s been in office.
