    Well, business districts don’t actually need parking either. It’s just another way to get a system where everyone needs a car.

    You have old city business centres without parking & work just as fine. In some cases you even get more greenery.

      The city’s working on that, and in fact, there’s a plan being discussed to close one of the overpasses over I-70 and turn it into another public park and event space spanning several blocks.
