    As noted in CNN’s reporting of the Truth Social post, the legality of such a decision remains unclear.

    Does it exist as anything other than a post on social media? Because those aren’t legally binding.

    That was always allowed, even for the non-autopen ones. In fact, I think lots of people are surprised it hasn’t happened sooner.

    The whole point of an EO is that it’s supposed to be just a policy, not a law. The next government coming in can just cancel all these policies and institute new ones.

      I think it comes down to what he means by order. Does he mean explicitly executive orders? Or does he mean “literally anything Biden ever signed with autopen”?

    Funny, Trump has no authority over Biden’s pardons and passed bills. He can say anything, but he lacks legal standing to affect things other than executive orders.
