Ah, that’s also possible. Have you considered switching your VPN server to a more local one? And yes, location spoofers do exist; they’re widely, if coyly, used in some communities for Niantic games (Pokemon Go, etc).
Unfortunately, geolocation is a valid thing for that business to want. But can’t you install a location spoofer?
