I don’t have as much time as before, but you can still have hobbies as a parent if you make it a priority. Especially after the first 2-ish years have gone. Getting the kid involved (to the extent possible) helped unlock more time.

My location doesn’t do this. If we want to vote in person, we go on Election Day. That said, the polling is typically well run, and our locations tend to move people through without overloading. (That’s thanks to the efforts of our poll workers!)

If the tool disregards quotations, a clever student would wrap entire papers in white-colored quotation marks!

Similar story here - it undoubtedly has improved my quality of life. I too use it as a kind of “herbal adderall”, and only use plain leaf powder from a trusted vendor with many years in the business who provides testing data and tests every single incoming batch for contaminants.

It has addictive qualities, sure, but the safety profile is similar to coffee or cannabis. The benefits, for me at least, far outweigh any risks, which are minimal to begin with.

I’m seeing barely any mention of syrup quality in this thread. It should go without saying that real maple is a non-negotiable, but it also must be real maple syrup from Quebec, because it’s superior!
