I can’t launch a tactical nuke because somebody wronged me, but can create a disinformation campaign with the tools I have and optionally 2-3 smart, motivated individuals, for free.
Both can be equally devastating.
As I lie on the stretcher by the smouldering ruins I used to call home, excruciatingly vomiting my radiation burn liquefied organs, wishing I’d been instantly vaporized like so many of my friends, I manage to groan out my dying words.
