AI doctors will revolutionize medicine! You’ll go to a service hosted in Thailand that can’t take credit cards, and pay in crypto, to get a correct diagnosis. Then another VISA-blocked AI will train you in following a script that will get a human doctor to give you the right diagnosis, without tipping that doctor off that you’re following a script; so you can get the prescription the first AI told you to get.

Can’t get mifepristone or puberty blockers? Just have a chatbot teach you how to cast Persuasion!

Joking, but only after the bluechecks are done writing their circlejerk fanfic and someone ratios him.

It’s got the cadence of a joke and I guess the humor is supposed to be him being self aware of how contrived the plan is. But couldn’t you just ask the magically persuasive AI to write a letter to VISA telling them to unblock AI doctors? I dunno why every problem needs to be solved like soft modding a PS2.

Or maybe it’s supposed to be a joke on credit card companies who refuse to serve AI doctors? Owning VISA by paying not only the doctor’s fee you’d have paid anyway, but also for an AI doctor and oration instructor in cryptocurrency.

Dude just make your AI god-king decriminalize drugs and you can do all the amphetamines you like.

1 - prove a thing exists (AI doctors) 2 - discuss the properties of a thing (AI doctors)

      VISA-blocked AI

How does this even occur to someone? What a weird phrase.

Struggling to find the right word to describe Yud. Currently thinking it’s “corny”.

Maybe he hopes that if he mentions shady crypto shenanigans often enough twitter’s algorithm will take the hint and start pushing his stuff on a fresh batch of suckers who already self-select for gullibility.

    medical… tourism… to thailand… for… filling a… a script? a script? for like, regular prescriptions?

I know medicine pricing in the US sucks donkey nads because of fucked system and there’s probably at least a couple compounds where this equation might make sense, but only yud can look at that problem and then only talk about AI instead

okay I admit it, I chose badly. it’s too fucking early for this. off to find coffee I go.

I think he means script as in, literally a series of lines to say to your doctor to magically hack their brain into giving you the prescription you need (gee, I wonder how these people ever got into pickup artistry!), not a script as in prescription. I think it’s not about cost, it’s about doctors… prescribing you the wrong thing for some reason so you have to lie to them to get the correct medication? Is this some conspiracy theory I’m not aware of, lol

you’re probably right on script. that still leaves the other questions
