Die dumme Nuss ist echt die Fehlbesetzung des Jahrhunderts. Also aus sicht des Bürgers.
Aus der Sicht des Bürgers ist sie eine ziemliche “Fehlbesetzung”, allerdings keine “dumme Nuss”, da das, was sie tut die Umsetzung ihrer Ziele ist, wegen derer sie von Merz in ihr Amt gesetzt wurde, also Absicht und nicht bloß Unfähigkeit bei dem Versuch etwas für den Bürger Nützliches zu schaffen.
Die Grünen haben eine Petition dagegen gestartet:

I’ve found a similar formulation in a official German document before posting my above comment. Essentially, it doesn’t matter if you’ve
“stolen”copied somebody else’s code yourself and used it in your work or did so by using an AI.
If the AI generated code is recognisably close to the code the AI has been trained with, the copyright belongs to the creator of that code.
