prefer? Do you know how difficult (or often impossible) it is to modify your phone’s OS?

for my OS i want complete mutability. I’ve spent the last 2 days learning NixOS because it’s bringing something completely different to the table. It made me like Arch more :)

every time i had an incident and the drivers just excused themselves with the “i didn’t see you”, i upgraded my lights to brighter, more visible ones.
except the last one, 2 weeks ago. Now it would be absurd to buy an even brighter light. I just told them to “look” and drive slower if they can’t see. If you don’t see a cyclist using a bike line on a Dutch roundabout under street lights, no bike light can help you.

14·12 days agoAccording to OpenAI, one of its GPT-5.6 Sol agents was being evaluated on a platform called ExploitGym, which benchmarks large language models by asking them to write proof-of-concept security exploits for known vulnerabilities. Normally, ExploitGym is designed to be a closed ecosystem for proof-of-concept testing only, and AI agents shouldn’t have access to the internet while being evaluated.
But this agent found a zero-day vulnerability in a package registry tool called Artifactory, then used it to gain access to the web. From there, the OpenAI agent gained access to Hugging Face’s company systems using publicly exposed credentials across four separate services. It went on to spend two days inside the company’s internal systems, managed to secure root access to several production servers, and even enrolled 181 attacker-controlled devices into Hugging Face’s corporate network.

my comment was based on the crumpled lives of many Parisian apartments. I don’t know what people get by downVoting as it is the reality.
I’m not here to defend car based suburban life. I would just like to see the couple in the video visit some of the apartments around those patios.
Unless you’re rich enough to buy an entire floor, you will lack space. Walkability comes with different kinds of prices.
i won’t be defending garages over 10m² city center apartments
that comes with condensation sadly. Most of the apartments around those “patios” are probably smaller than this couple’s garage.
