Global south doesn’t refer to the southern hemisphere of the globe…
First time hearing this
So why use either of those words alone, let alone together?
To be fair, it’s a UN definition. Confusing and unintuitive, but not a failure of the OP.
What’s an issue is that they try to say BRICS==Global South. That’s a big mistakes
So Russia is on the Global North, noted.
