The trade deal will introduce a 15% tariff for the vast majority of EU products. But some will benefit from a "zero-for-zero" scheme. #EuropeNews

I hope they do make the details public, but it does look like EU bent the knee with this one.

I guess it is to keep the US committed to NATO tbh. Let’s see if it works, though
