If Mastercard claims they aren’t blocking anything, then it should be no problem for Steam and Itch to put all the games back up, right?
How can it ‘damage the brand’? Doesn’t everyone already see them as a blight on humanity?
Everyone except the people who make the laws. They are the only people who really matter. If they get upset, regulations might get enacted and those can be bad for business.
Wow I was going to get a MasterCard card but now that I know gooners have bought porn games with their cards I’m definitely not going to anymore.
You might say that unironically if you lived in Iran. MasterCard wants to make all the money.
