My entire web team got laid off from a major car company. Right before we got paid our yearly bonus and right before I went on my paternity leave.
Why protect them?
Maybe worried about looking personally identifiable. It’s understandable.
Because they are giving us a tiny severance for being quiet. I’ll take what I can get.
