Its actually a very common problem. Gun nuts all think they are John McClane and need to keep one in the chamber at all times. They remove the magazine but never properly run the action and yeah. Its especially a problem with glocks because disassembly actually involves squeezing the trigger.
Responsible gun owners are only slightly more common than good guys with a gun.
He was cleaning his (loaded) gun… Sure…

I’ve met some people who really should not have guns…
Most people I’ve met really should not have guns. And don’t, as far as I know.
Even in America, the vast majority of people don’t own a gun. Something like 70%.
Still, only the US has an annual toddler/dog gun killing rate (as in the toddler/dog shooting somebody else).
Also 44% of Americans live in a household where a gun is present.
Both those statements track, more or less, since the guns are usually owned by one person in the house.
and yet, there are 120 guns for every 100 people. pehaps on loan from the gun library? Donde esta la bibioteca di boom boom?
Like my brother? Has anger issues, and thinks he is allowed shoot people in self-defence(which is illegal in my country).
stuff like this makes a real strong case for taking guns away from everybody
