    Maybe but when you’re a volunteer the reasonable expectations are near zero. When you’re being paid, the expectations grow.

      If you are “overworked”, it sadly doesn’t matter how much volunteering you are doing. You are treating FOSS like a job for one reason or another and should be paid

        But hardly anyone in FOSS gets paid like it’s a real job. If you get paid, it would be more like the cost of one beer per month. Or on that magnitude.
