Rad reminds its customers to inspect batteries before use or charging and immediately stop using batteries that show signs of damage, water ingress, or corrosion, and to contact Rad so we can support our riders.
RAD basically ask customer to disassemble the casing, peel open the shrink wrap and inspect the battery themselves, and then expect the customer to reseal the battery if in good condition, which will void any warranty available and escape further responsibility. And if the battery is found having those issue, RAD will only then *“support” their customer.
*support by asking them to buy another one probably.

There was never a warranty anyway
