These aren’t trolls or bad-faith arguments, this is the standard Marxist position. Labelling your opponent as a “troll” or “bad-faith” is just a way to terminate any discussion before it happens.
A serious position deserves a serious presentation. If you (or anyone) want to discuss media bias or comparative morality in war, start that discussion. The original comment didn’t come close.
