How are they losing their account in the first place?
TLDR: once your account is compromised, the attacker can change your age and add the account as a child to a family account. Then you can’t recover it.
How does that work, or does it even work, on accounts over 21 years old? Am I safe or at least sorta safe from these sort of compromised account hacks?
I don’t even think Google knows how old I am, but they damn sure ought to know how old my account is at least…
Plus I ain’t got any money to steal anyways…
