    This may be a case of an obsolete definition. When I was a kid “boof” meant anal sex.

      then yes

      it still means anal sex

      In Alberta we’ve always used it to mean shoving something up your ass to hide it or get high from it. Like “I boofed some Molly last night and tripped balls” or “i had to boof my lighter so the guard didn’t take it when he searched my cell.”
