Oh, absolutely. Still probably everyone of us will remember one or several occasions when a union abandoned its stance in order to reach some sort of “deal” to the detriment of its members. I am 100% in favor of unions big and small, but I also don’t harbor any illusions about them being able to *not cave under pressure.
