Later dillinger isn’t 100% all cylinders constantly like earlier dillinger, and I really enjoy the dynamics it has, like that gentler passage.

Saw them open for AFI in the mid-00s! I was there for Dillinger, and my friend was there for AFI. I hadn’t heard much AFI, but when Dillinger came out, the floor was the emptiest I’ve seen it at a medium-sized show. I was raging out with maybe ten other people, and the rest of the crowd did not seem to enjoy the music at all. Understandable—a strange pick to open for AFI.
