this guy has a clear win for a lawsuit against ICE.

this is obviously an abuse of power and ICE is harassing this citizen.

if that’s not enough, this is also a waste of taxpayer dollars. detaining the same individual multiple times for the same reason means that the officers in charge are incompetent and unable to carry out their duties as directed by immigration or DoHS.

if that’s not enough, all resources used to ensure his detainment and subsequent release is wasted because the system of record ICE uses is inadequate, which brings into question ALL detainees and the validity of their detainment.

dude should lawyer up and sue the fuck out of them and make sure to bring into question the validity of all arrests made by this particular group.
