Guy that sits next to me on his in office days was telling me yesterday his dog has learned the sound of an incoming Teams call and will come to the desk to get a treat bribe to stay quiet during the meeting.

    Pavlov would be proud.

Sitting at your computer working or in a meeting and hearing you cat being up to no good in the background is the worst

Generally speaking, one of my cats is sleeping on the arm of my recliner (she does snore, but no one has complained yet); one of them is sleeping on my old dog’s bed; and the last is sitting near her food bowl in the kitchen in case any wet food happens to respawn.

Honestly, I probably bother them more than they do me. At least during work calls.

    I don’t have a cat, but I do have a dog.

He mostly lays under my desk, farting. That is unless I move, or hang up a teams call, then he somersaults up and is instantly ready for more fun things to happen.

Personally, not at all. They’re usually laying behind me (on this little stool thing they claimed), on the rug next to me, or on top of this plastic bin (full of blankets, but one didn’t fit so I laid it on top, and now I feel bad moving it into the basement because they love it lol).

Sometimes they’ll jump onto my lap, but they just curl up and lay down. Almost never have had an interruption from them
