Semi trailers are loaded on their floors and cargo is not stacked unless it needs to be. The load on this truck is higher than the load anywhere on the floor of a typical semi trailer. Semis are also much heavier and slower than a pickup. Their trailers are also designed to avoid body roll to stabilize the load. They are inherently more stable than a pickup truck.

The load in this truck will be subject to much more lateral G and body roll than any properly loaded and secured semi trailer.

All it will take to turn this entire vehicle into an uncontrolled projectile on the highway via a rollover is an over aggressive evasive action to avoid something like a pothole or debris on the road. This is terribly unsafe. Its not even a reasonable way to transport the load since trailers exist for this exact purpose. It puts everyone on the road including the driver of this truck at a higher risk for injury.
