Every food commercial, advertisement, and packaging in the US is currently protein obsessed. I just bought 3 burritos, and the most noticeable thing on the entire package is its protein content. TV commercials about waffles are advertising that they have X amount of protein per serving. The products in my jobsite’s vending machine have protein all over every package.
Did America have a protein thing recently?

Fiber however is something most Americans actually don’t get enough of. Like, to the tune of 95% of Americans don’t get enough. We eat way too much meat and ultra processed low fiber foods, and not nearly enough leafy greens, legumes, or fresh fruit (not juice)
As someone on a zero fibre diet, I would argue that there is no such thing as too little fibre. Those people have a problem of eating low quality food and food shaped stuff, the fibre is incidental
Congrats on the hemorrhoids, but I’m not sure why you would want to advertize that.
That’s not a problem I have ever had. Shit is easy on the no fibre diet
Do you want to know how I know that you’re twenty-five or thereabouts, and definitely under thirty years old?
Go on
Your asshole is too intact for someone who doesn’t consume fiber. And/or you never did squats, because those apparently blow out ass veins pretty well.
Specifically people have a bit of trouble starting this diet as they adapt to using fat rather than sugar, then they learn pretty quickly that they need to eat plenty of fat to ensure they have enough energy and enough extra going out the back passage to lubricate the faeces
It’s a low residue diet since there’s nothing in that’s indigestible and it seems to fix pretty much all problems from anxiety to toenail fungus
My diet is 80% fat by energy
You are incorrect on my age, you are incorrect on what exercises I do.
