    2k+ playthroughs across devices… never have I ever seen that. Intentional?

    Edit: Most the time I’m dead before the dwarf king though.

      Supposedly can spawn off distortion if you have the dwarf king’s crown Also use toxic essence pot to beat dwarf king second phase.
