Former IBEW leader John Dougherty is getting out of prison early after President Trump signed a commutation, his attorney told NBC10.

The person whose sentence was commuted by Trump was convicted of sabotaging the installation of MRI machines for the Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania records show:
