Americans are like these pigs but free-range and given useless shit to provide them entertainment while they work their lives to make the controllers of the world wealthy and fight their wars.
Nature is dead. God is dead. Freedom is dead. Humanity is something unnatural.
Maybe this is fitting for your analogy, but it’s worth noting that that free range doesn’t actually mean free-range in most countries

In 2017, the Intercept reported an investigation into a dozen California farms owned by a free-range chicken company that found no evidence of any animals spending any time outdoors. The chief animal care officer for Perdue Farms, a major chicken producer, has even said the vast majority of its free-range chickens stay indoors.

For ground chicken, the USDA allows 25% of samples at a plant to be contaminated. For ground turkey, 13.5%. Chicken parts should not exceed 15.4% of samples contaminated, while the number is 9.8% for whole chickens.

I was moreso referring to confinement to a small dirty space (see above), the mutilation of baby animals without anesthetic, the live maceration of baby male chicks in the egg industry, the mass breeding and conveyor belt murder of millions of sentient beings, the selective breeding that has caused a few week old broiler chicken to be equivalent to a 300 lb human toddler, etc etc.
Ah the animal cruelty side. Yeah that’s been there since day one and just continues to get worse
People will se this and say “oh, good thing I don’t buy ground chicken” without realizing what’s in all their processed, pre-packeged, chicken-meat food items.
