I mean, pre-order bonuses for the remake of Ocarina of Time (on Switch 2) vary on region: Japan gets bonus art cards, stickers and a paper stand while both the UK and some EU countries gives buyers spiritual stones (France has a wallet) & Canada gets a N64 slipcover for the game. The only thing “universal” for pre-order bonuses is the textured foil cover, other than that: the USA doesn’t have anything unique given to people there.

Yeah it was kind of funny seeing people complain about the DK Challenge cards not being available in Europe. Like, you guys get steelbooks for every major release. I wish I could get those steelbooks, not on ebay for the price of the game itself.
I guess if you like steelbooks. Personally, I think steelbooks are pretty lame though, even by preorder bonus standards. What am I supposed to do with a second game box?
I’m fine with steelbooks when it’s the only case you receive but like you said there’s absolutely no point in getting am additional case for you to choose which to use.
