I like the idea, and the commitment from gov’t leaders, but I question how well it will ultimately work out. Medicine Hat is a good example of a small city that committed to a housing first policy and it was objectively successful, though in the years since the homeless number has been increasing largely due to waning commitment from the provincial govt due to certain ideologies. I still support this though, and will provide dignity for a lot of those struggling with the basics.

I downvote comments if they are factually wrong, if they are mean or derogatory or if they are needlessly critical of another commenter. I hope so. It’s a more open platform and in some ways the interface is better (but as with most of fediverse tools it requires a wee tiny bit of learning to undo the programming of using proprietary webpages).

Blame the lawyers for not following the correct way to make their filings. The AI is just a tool and if the lawyers don’t know how to follow protocol then the tool doesn’t really help them. If they passed the bar and practice law maybe they are just being lazy? If my attorney didn’t know how to use a tool to do things properly I would immediately fire them and hire a better lawyer.
