According to commmentary that I’ve read on HN and Slashdot, it’s not really an exploit if you have to flash your own firmware onto the device to access these funtions. Apparently debug access like this is not uncommon on microcontrollers like the ESP32, and it’s not exploitable wirelessly as long as your code isn’t complete crap.

• Nextcloud
• Jellyfin
• Forgejo
• NTFY
• A reverse proxy
• An IRC server
• A Gemini server
• A VPN
• DNS servers

I think I read an old blog post once that said “Servers tend to multiply like rabbits” and it’s 100% true.

Legit curious why you won’t use Firefox. As a longtime FF user I’m well aware that Mozilla has made plenty of stupid decisions, but how does that make Google a better choice?
