Surprises me how someone who can put themselves at the mercy of nature and a hobby that ‘can’ be danger prone and still be crazy enough to cheap out on this. The amount of people who decry regulation and tbh common sense in this case is astounding. At best it’s their own life at risk. At worse the lives of others on the ground or on onboard.

I agree general aviation is heavily regulated and unfortunately expensive but that’s due to cases just like this. The pilot will have know there was a chance of risk here. Even a defective bolt can have an impact. It’s the same story as the sub… hmmm the part could be not up to standard but I’ll take a chance because I think it should be ok…it wasn’t. The pilot is lucky to be alive.

I am close to starting this journey. I do have a lot of old movies on old hard drives from the 00s/10s. and was hoping to utilise them.

I do have an old laptop that has little power. It’s just a machine I use for admin.

Would I be better investing In a prebuilt home server?

I see a lot of bleh films. They are aimed at the boring nuances of life. Focused more on relationships or average situations. The characters generally live in perfect homes with slow worlds. And they either spoon feed everything or go to the opposite for statement purpose.

Have to agree. I love making soup. Often experiment with cheap finds. Throw the leftovers in the freezer.

I really should buy a soup maker. I always see them in the charity stores.

I am collecting Santas and I have a few nice ones that can be repaired or repurposed. I also got a nice picture frame with a cut little cross stich. The cross stitch isn’t my thing though so figuring what to do with it.

We live on faith that we are a community and the people we elected on our behalf will speak for us. They don’t. They speak for the parasites who pay them.

The we is something I struggle with. I argue with myself that people voted in idiots who lie and push laws around for their agenda. However I feel in recent years it’s become transparent that it’s to the agenda of the rich.

Social media has made that propaganda and the little people like us have been pitted against one another.

I am tired and I do get frustrated at the amount of humans who think short term stupid. However I am trying to work on the we. Rather than we voted this I am thinking we can educate and we can be strong together.

It’s easy to be tired, beaten. The only way out of this is to fight and that’s by seeing who the enemy is. They are not scared to show who they are. People are just blind to see it. I think that American thing of the temporarily embarrassed millionaire is spot on.

No that many artists have gatekept entry.

I have to admit I get frustrated of the wealthier artists who started their careers singing of revolution and peace, yet gatekeep entry to the business and don’t speak up against the stuff that’s happening in the world. They just sit in glass houses.

Yeh when people have everything now it’s a good idea to make something personal.
