Someone at me if they find an answer. I used to use openboard which was the closest but it looks to be a dead project unusable on current android.
It doesnt tell us when he became homeless at all, he could have been homeless for 20 years
It doesn’t specify when he broke his back.
Feels like a lot of users there are more for the performative changes (Oooh look I bought a pair of adidas trainers & an off brand cola) rather than actually steering away from major US owned services such as FB, Insta, Reddit
When am I supposed to blossom?
Yeah I was gonna say. Loads of the guys I work with have pretty filled out home assistant setups with smart blinds, lighting, temp sensors, garage door controls etc. Theres a difference between having a smart house and getting random “smart” appliances like cloud activatable dishwashers etc
Out of curiosity, what kind of issues have you faced? I work with aws in gov and terraform is used for everything, I’ve not encountered any issues as of yet.
Whats going on re Lemmy & Firefox?
1 gotcha for gaming on steam is anticheat enabled games. If you play competitive games where third party anti cheat is required often you will not be able to play them even if they say they support Linux on steam.
Holy shit I didnt even see the alien
Its the only OS option that could farm engagement, as no one would react to him using windows or mac
A good story isn’t something groundbreaking that marketing teams can slap on the box in the same way they can with ray tracing dlss or whatever else I guess
I didn’t think leopards would eat my face
I also use Qwant but it’s noticeably slower for me. Do you find the same?
It’s an abbreviation on the internet. Do you act this way any time you see TIL, wtf, eli5 or other. Or are you just sour you don’t know this one
As a general purpose search engine yeah it’s just as good. Google has some nice extra features which aren’t too important (for example if you search UFC it shows full fight card info and results on the search page).
Where it falls behind is for more "power user " type work. I only use Google at work as it makes finding very specific results with keywords and date ranges on certain sites etc much easier.
Nowadays I use Qwant though to boycott us. It’s much slower but still does the job for day to day use.
Been playing REPO too. I think its a better ‘game’ than Lethal Company, but Lethal Company shines more in the horror comedy area. Only issue with that is a lot of the comedy around the scares wears off as you play more and start to understand what monsters you need to fear and which you dont etc, then for me lethal company becomes a bit of a walking sim.
Repo doesn’t rely on scares as much & also has a much shorter route to walk to from cashout so you can spend more time playing and less time waiting for your stamina to reload so you can move more than 1 ft per second.
I may get bored of it at some point but I’ve had more enjoyable playtime so far than I did with lethal company.
