I have to agree with you, I feel Sync has gone against the Fediverse ethos.

So I was using Connect for Lemmy which doesn’t have ads injected, so to see this on Sync I’m disappointed.

The North Water is a great show with Colin Farrell and Jack O’Connell about a whaling expedition to the artic.

Honestly I was the same when Andor came out, I completely dismissed it because of the shite Disney was at, especially with the Obi-Wan show, couldn’t even finish that it was so bad. It wasn’t until a mate of mine recommended it and explained how good it was compared to everything else. Decided to give it a shot and by the second episode I was hooked.

This has been the best Star Wars related show that Disney has done, better than Mando imo.
