I’m from Europe, but I defo enjoyed deep diving into that topic thanks to HST. :)
Oh yeah, that one is a true masterpiece, too. It’s included in one of my HST sports books, but I’d have to check my book shelf to confirm which one.
As much as I appreciate the Gonzo work of HST, my favourite book of Hunter is still his first one called Hell’s Angels back from the late 60s. It’s a very powerful piece of observing journalism and I highly recommend this particular read to anyone interested in books.
Voyager would be my recommendation. It starts on DS9. After that I’d watch TNG, but the first two seasons are rough. Also skip S1E4 (Code of honor). Trust me on this one.
