As someone who used to have a Windows on Arm device. It was Hell. Basically anything that isn’t Lenovo or from Microsoft will mean it’ll eventually brick itself unless you steal drivers from other laptops. You also cannot reinstall the operating system because most of these nuggets have no device tree files in the firmware of the machine minus a few lenovo thinkpads. So that means when you try to reinstall windows there is a high likelihood your touchpad and keyboard and USB ports don’t work. I literally snapped the motherboard on my poor Samsung Galaxy Book Go in half over it suddenly bricking itself. After a Windows update that I could not recover from.

Anyway if you want a decent windows on arm laptop buy lenovo and replace the storage. They have replacable nvmes usually. Also don’t get the 8 gigabytes of ram versions you literally will have programs just refuse or just force close themselves out of existence. You will literally have to debloat windows upto even removing Windows Defender and stopping most background services and disabling sysmain because it’s broken. You’d also have to disable certain things in Windows defender like memory protection if you want things to work right.

Keep in mind though most web browsers as well that aren’t Microsoft Edge will have rendering issues on older snapdragon socs.

You know if you really wanna rock the most powerful CPUs out thereonly to end up breaking it and using your 2017 spectre. Even if its like literally 10 times slower because atleast it just works.

I have a very smart cat but he uses that intelligence to uh get my attention.

He’ll groom himself in a mirror only to look at me in the mirror and be excited when he sees me when he turns around to come at me.

He also likes to find ways to get my attention like getting in things or knocking stuff over or scratching things or sitting on papers or my laptop or things. If I have a pillow in my lap or my laptop he will also find every possible solution to get as close to me as humanly possible. He is also very careful about not scratching me when he is on me or I pick him up.

He gets so annoyed and angry when I have a laptop or like block his approach in some way like just walking around or standing. Wherein he starts to run around and meow softly at me. Having zoomies and hiding in drawers or around corners when I’m walking around to just attack me with his softpaws to get my attention.

I love him a lot.

You know it’s kinda funny that I can’t even run the MC Donalds app without doing some fuckery. But my banking app will throw a hissy fit if I try to sign into my account without a rooted or custom ROMed phone because that’s how they know it’s me apparently. Also shame that my banking app stopped supporting Android 8.0 a few years back. I miss my LG V20.

So I just read what they are going to do and this article is just clickbait. Basically they still want you to dox yourself but it’ll still work like iOS Test Pilot. Google is still full of shit and lies but hey at least you don’t have to pay them money until enough users download your app if you want more.

So it’ll basically still kill apps like F-Droid or you downloading an app from the internet to run on your phone. You’ll basically have to signup to install third party apps on your device per app in general and alot of the convenience and developer community will still just leave android as a whole.

All in all really bad decision on Google’s part while also extending this to things like fireOS or whatever the fuck the Quest 2 and 3 will run as a skin of android. This will make sure they would be forever stuck on older versions of android; lest they have to contend with the new upcoming android features that will enforce this that will be baked into the operating system next year. Even without Google Play Services like I read.

Personally I don’t think developers should have to sign up to Google and provide ID cards to basically have a limited amount of users use their specific app outside the app store.

Google obviously is feeling threatened by better apps that more people are using on platforms like F-Droid compared the outright subscription based shitware and adware on the playstore. Which is why they are doing this. But like platforms before like inturn Symbian. I personally think it’ll fuck them over so hard that’ll they’ll never recover while China or whomever else makes a new platform for you to run android apps on for a time before going all proprietary fucked up Linux. Just like Android again.

Vascular Dementia is one hell of a trip and Trump won’t survive the next two years since it seems like he is in the middle symptoms of it. Guy shits in a diaper and takes hormones and uppers but that doesn’t stop his veins from being clogged up from the decades of MC Donalds he consumed. So that means random swelling and easy brusining especially to parts of the body like limbs and particularly the feet in the case of vascular dementia where they get swollen constantly. His brain also doesn’t get enough oxygen as well but that doesn’t mean it’s being clogged up in the traditional dementia way. It’s literally being starved of oxygen and is slowly killing him because his arteries are fucked.

The point I’m trying to make here. Don’t eat like Trump. Even if your family doesn’t have a history of Dementia. Vascular Dementia will fuck you up later in life. So go outside and goto to the last public spaces Americans have and goto a public park. You know because it’s illegal to exist anywhere outside of a car or paying money at a business or a theme park or your own house or most likely at this rate apartment because Americans don’t have the right to roam.

Also eat healthier as well and way less salts. Get plenty of sleep and you’ll probably won’t end up like Don over here.
