I have no idea what it sounds like but I figured it’s because everyone keeps their phones muted. I know I do.

I donated my mother’s organs back in 2014. While my mother was on life support the doctors didn’t mention it once. Once they confirmed she was brain dead and were able to show it my brothers and I we immediately told them they could take their organs. The biggest problem we had is they wanted to keep her alive longer than we wanted. It was getting close to her bday and we didn’t want her to die on her birthday so we told them the day before is the latest they can do it or we weren’t donating. They found recipients that day and we removed her from life support the next day. She died a day before her birthday.
There wasn’t any pressure nor did they have to try and convince us. Though my whole family has the mindset that we don’t need them after we are dead so just take what you need.
Pretty much. If you can’t Google it you’re screwed in a lot of situations. Too many tenured IT folks have been through the forced self learning and insane hours figuring things out that they think training and documentation is not needed. I’ve definitely been there. In the late 90’s early 2000’s most orgs didn’t pay for IT shit so you just had to deal with it. It’s definitely better now but there are still people and companies that act like it’s 1999 still. I took over IT for an org a year ago that had their only IT employee die and they never recovered some of their data out of AWS because the dbag used personal accounts and didn’t document shit. This was a company with 500+ employees and that had 1 IT person. They also had a 2003 server that was implemented in 2005 that was never updated and was used in production until a month after I took the contract.
So they want people to possibly pay to visit certain subreddits and the content of those subreddits is most definitely going to stay server submitted and curated. Getting people to pay to be able to submit their own content is going to go over well with the user base. They are probably going to do it with the NSFW subreddits.
It’s pretty clear what happens to this one wouldn’t say it was mysterious. Do you think a country from the west capsizing ships in Iranian ports?
Sounds to me like their repair crew screwed up and caused something to fill with water that shouldn’t have filled with water.
The toggle showed up on Monday but RCS didn’t start working until yesterday. I have T-Mobile.
As someone that flips between Samsung and iPhone they all are selling us the same shit every year. Smartphones in general have gotten stale. I can’t remember anything in the last 5 years that anyone has announced that made me think I have to upgrade my device. Maybe it’s just me but the tech seems boring now.
What coverage in the US is saying Russia is provoking or escalating? Everything I’ve read was the US was monitoring Russian Warships in Cuba and all have said it’s pretty much a non issue.
And you’ll probably need Windows Pro to be able to disable it. The average user isn’t digging through a registry so it will stay on for most users.
I’d pay to see that. It would be hilarious if Bill went with her.
Time to loosen your tinfoil hat it’s starting to cut of circulation.
I travel with and without. I have bags specifically for firearms and ammo. That way when I travel somewhere that having just one round of 22lr might be an issue I use a bag that never had my firearm stuff. It eliminates the uncertainty.
You can buy Starfield on Steam does it require an Xbox account to play if you buy it in steam? I think most are saying if you can buy it in steam but still need a psn account to play it then pirate it. I have both Xbox and PlayStation but I’m with the masses on this if you offer it on a platform then you shouldn’t require an account from a different platform to be able to play the game.
If they are making it past your firewall and hitting your computer then the firewall is open and it shouldn’t be. Or that’s an outbound connection triggering the alert.
Planes require lots of maintenance not sure why everyone is saying Boeing is the cause of this one. How old is the modified aircraft? If it’s a few months off the assembly line and it’s having maintenance issue that is grounding the aircraft then yea give Boeing some shit but airlines/operators have to take planes out of service all the time for maintenance, shoot even the military does it.
I worked in Aerospace for a few years and the company I worked for did a lot of work for Boeing, mostly on the Apache program, Boeing definitely has its issues but maintenance issues are not a Boeing only issue.
I do the same thing everyone always tells me it’s weird to set it inverted.
Article sounds like it was written by the credit card companies. I use a credit card for all purchases and pay off monthly and I got back 1500 dollars. That isn’t paying for a whole lot of travel for a family of four, which is what my household is. Also 1-2 % investment is a joke. My company pays 3% to process credit cards and if you take Apple Pay it’s higher.
I use teams for work and have not had a single problem in the almost three years I’ve been with the company. We have teams phones and pretty much all teams licensing. I’ve had lots of problems with zoom and go to meeting. Especially with GoToMeeting when I was managing a citrix environment.
My tvs are connected to an SSID that can’t hit the internet. I blocked them before but my dumb ass neighbor left their WiFi unprotected and my tvs just connected to them because it couldn’t get out the internet on my network. So I created an SSID logged them in and blocked it from the internet. It doesn’t bounce to open WiFi anymore. If I block it completely from the network the WiFi just disconnects from the network because it can’t hit anything. I have LG’s.
