I’ve been doing that with juice too (also adding iced tea powder, other stuff like almond extract (cherry taste) for more/different flavor) but I can’t imagine watering down soda unless using something that’s also carbonated. Which I never really tried the other carbonation options due to cost (not really drinking soda often though, tapwater is free).

Well, I did try watering something down with club soda once but that was gross particularly because the carbonation was already gone.

I looked it up and they seem to still have them in train stations plus in areas where trash/recyclables is expected to be generated (convenience stores, vending machines, parks) so it seems like a bit of a stretch (also the reason for less trash cans being a 1995 sarin gas attack).

Even just the train station bit seems like an unfair comparison for places without any sort of public transportation (where people walked/biked from home). Yeah, I can see people being more likely to hold their trash if passing receptacles is part of their planned route.

This is the sort of case where I’ll make an effort to pick it up and throw it away. Even better if visibly clean (not in the bushes, not wet) and something somebody may have just forgot.

If there’s no trash can anywhere, I likely won’t unless certain conditions align.

It’s called being cultured, like cheese. Though art is a bit different as whatever shapes you does so long-term, even if you could zap away issues instantly the memory and thus influence will still be there.

Also health/brain issues for me are likely a bigger detriment than anything, resulting in me doing nothing most of the time (small chores on a good day). So anything created is a rare win in spite of that.

The solution is less cars.

And less car (singular/measurement). Weight and size are multipliers to problems (including cost).

Sure E-bikes are better (bikes are better than that, and walking is the best especially for mixed transit), but there should be incentives to drive the smallest cars. And the giant behemoths we have in the US are like 3-4 classes up, these are a problem all on their own.

Maybe you mean an actual PS2, but IME using emu w/higher internal res on a non-stellar computer was a pretty good experience.

Meanwhile the HD version is data bloated (likely because everything is uncompressed for no reason, or multiple resolutions of FMVs including 4K) so the download would be painful for me. And really with Okami’s aesthetic especially, I don’t think HD is necessary (again, beyond just higher internal res and whatever other enhancements based on preference).

I think it would’ve been better to change the FMVs into in-engine if viable, I assume the ones that were pre-rendered was just a hardware limitation if not just some production thing.

My more immediate thought is that most people couldn’t even get within 100 miles, and this says nothing of training/planning etc. “why doesn’t somebody do something” is probably just wish fulfillment by others who feel powerless to do anything about it.

I used to hate the texture, but if cooked right they will be tender (canned mushrooms are probably better added near the end of cooking). Gumminess can also be masked by balancing it with other food (particularly meat, vegetables like potato/squash/broccoli) to chew against/alongside it.

Probably doesn’t help if you don’t like the taste, though that could just come down to mushroom variety if not also what dish it’s in (spices etc).
