I’d also swap the motherboard with the Asrock Taichi X870E, which is the best featured X870E board IMO. I’ve also had loads of issues with Asus products. Otherwise, it looks pretty maxed out. You win all the brownie points!

I say don’t use NA wine, as it’s usually pretty low quality and might negatively affect the flavor. Use a good vinegar and water. My sister who is sober does a 3:1 water to vinegar ratio.

So if the recipe calls for a cup of red wine to de-glaze, use 1/4 cup red wine vinegar mixed with 3/4 cup water(or stock for even more flavor). I’ve tried several of these recipes and it’s basically imperceptible.

If you want to keep this phone for a few years, I’d suggest the S23. It’s got 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of security patches and the others are likely to have battery issues in the next year or two(especially the S22, it has known battery drain problems already). Having the Snapdragon on the S23 will almost guarantee you’ll be able to install custom ROMs beyond the end of Samsung official support, as well.
