7·11 days agoEven with star wars woowoo magic, there’s no way this wouldnt be a net loss of energy to the degree of absolute ridiculousness lol like the victims would have to get so much energy input from the creature to stay alive for millennia so what would the point be
I agree with this. I am a big fan of his, and I read Alien Clay most recently. It was enjoyable but definitely felt like a concept that should have been fleshed out into a better* narrative. *-better being completely subjective
With that said, I think he is one of the best in the business in basically all areas.

2·1 month agoMost people will try to find a family plan that lowers the cost per user but it comes with big caveats like long-ish term contracts and some nasty fine-print. And if your carrier gets bought out, which is happening a lot, you never know what changes might get force fed to you

28·2 months agoSome of us are voting progressive and protesting/boycotting at every opportunity while still trying to make a wage to live on so I dont really appreciate the global hate. I get it, but I dont appreciate it. (edit: spelling)



This is true, we were taught that the “hip box” was a prime target zone for many reasons, body armor being one but also since the pelvic girdle is a main support nexus for musculature, if it is damaged then most of the body is out of commission. Plus, there is a very high likelihood that the femoral artery will be damaged and if so a target is likely to bleed out in a matter of seconds.
